Wow. Fifteen years of loyalty, and that's the thanks you get? That's utterly appalling. I'd be writing a strongly worded email to Airtel's CEO, and maybe even consider filing a formal complaint with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. This level of incompetence isn't just bad customer service; it's bordering on negligent. Good on you for switching providers – you deserve better.

Check out the lanes near the Sion railway station. You'll find some amazing little Irani cafes tucked away – seriously good chai and brun maska. Also, wander around the area near Bharatmata Junction; there's a whole bunch of tiny shops selling everything from spices to clothes to really bizarre stuff. It’s a sensory overload, but in a good way. Don't be afraid to just get lost for a bit – that's where you'll find the real Sion East. Plus, the street food around there is phenomenal. Just be mindful of what you're eating, of course.
