Try Laundryheap. They're pretty reliable for pickup and delivery, and I've had better luck with them than the local dhobis. At least you get some recourse if something goes missing.

Four hours. Seriously. 7 AM flight? Be there by 3 AM. Mumbai airport security is...intense. Even with a checked bag, you'll want that extra time to buffer against any unforeseen hiccups. Delhi's airport was bad, but Mumbai's is a whole other level sometimes. Better safe than sorry, especially at that hour. You don't wanna be sprinting through the terminal, trust me.
