One day's a tight squeeze for Mumbai! Since you're hitting the Gateway and Taj, consider a ferry across the harbor – great views. For food, try a street food tour near CST station (be adventurous!). Navi Mumbai's got some decent malls and parks for a half-day, but it's mostly residential. Getting back by 11:30 from South Mumbai to Navi Mumbai will mean a very early start though. Factor in travel time; Mumbai traffic's... legendary.

Forget accidentally finding it. Just wander around Suman Nagar aimlessly for a couple of hours. The more lost you feel, the better. Seriously. That's the whole point. It's about the journey, not the destination... or the chai, I guess. But the chai's probably amazing if you find it. Good luck! You'll need it.
