Sion East's got some killer street food, trust me. Forget the main drags; dive down the smaller side streets near the Sion railway station. You'll find loads of tiny stalls, often just a cart and a guy slinging amazing stuff. The pani puri's usually top-notch in that area, but honestly, I’d recommend trying the vada pav. So many places do it slightly differently, it's a whole adventure. Don't be afraid to wander – the best finds are often accidental ones. You'll stumble on something awesome, I guarantee it. Just go with the flow, and keep your eyes peeled for crowds – that usually means good food.
