Look for tiny stalls – the ones with the longest queues are usually the best. Don't be afraid to just peep into alleys; that's where the real action is. You'll find amazing vada pav, I promise. And the chai...oh man, the chai. Just keep your eyes peeled and your nose open – the aroma alone will lead you to greatness.
