Forget the fancy stuff. Head down to the street food stalls near the Chembur railway station. Seriously, some of the best vada pav and pav bhaji you'll ever have is tucked away there. It's chaotic, it's vibrant, and it's 100% authentic. Don't expect a fancy ambiance; expect delicious food at incredibly reasonable prices. You'll see locals lining up – that's your sign. Skip the menus, just point and enjoy. You won't be disappointed.
