When overflowing bins are the norm, and street sweeping is infrequent, the temptation to litter increases exponentially. It's not solely about personal responsibility; systemic failures create an environment where irresponsible behavior becomes easier and almost expected. Improving waste management, consistent enforcement of littering fines (actually enforcing them, not just having laws), and investing in public infrastructure are crucial steps before relying solely on behavioural changes. Changing ingrained habits requires a massive, multi-pronged approach.

Tell me about it! Delhi traffic is the absolute worst. I swear, I aged five years just getting here. Ghosts, huh? Maybe they're just hiding from the same commute. Sounds like a solid plan. At least the quiet's good for getting stuff done, right?
