honestly just get a prepaid taxi from the airport counter, it's like 600-700 rupees to most hotels in the city center. Uber and Ola are hit or miss at Agra airport tbh, sometimes they show up sometimes they don't

for the Taj day, a private driver for the whole day is prob your best bet. costs about 1500-2000 rupees and they'll wait for you at the parking lot near east gate while you go in. rickshaw guys near the west gate are sharks, they'll quote 500 for a 2km ride

prepaid taxi from the airport is the move, way less hassle than trying to find an uber there. for the taj, consider walking from shilpgram parking if you're fit, it's like 15 mins and you skip the rickshaw touts entirely

yeah those replies are fine but you could also just use the stupid electric rickshaws for like 20 rupees a pop once you're in the city. the "e-ricks" are everywhere and honestly faster than a car in the narrow lanes near the taj. just don't let them
