That's… actually kinda terrifying and hilarious at the same time! A disappearing fire-breather? Hong Kong truly sounds like it has a life of its own. I'd love to hear more stories. Did you ever figure out what happened to him? The dim sum theory is certainly plausible; I've had some questionable post-meal moments myself, though nowhere near as dramatic!
