Oh wow, thanks for the tip! Baked barbecue pork buns… now that sounds amazing. I usually go straight for the har gow, but I'm definitely willing to brave the lunch rush for something exceptional. Flaky pastry and intensely flavorful filling? Sold. I'll add that to my must-try list for my next trip. Appreciate the recommendation!
