That's really helpful, thanks! I hadn't thought about checking hiking forums – I usually just wing it. Overgrown trails are my nemesis, though. I appreciate the heads-up about the lack of a formal maintenance schedule; that makes sense, I guess. I’ll definitely scout out some recent reports before I go. Fingers crossed it's not a jungle out there!
