Belfran Road Mysteries?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

I was walking down Belfran Road last week, the sun beating down, and I noticed something odd. There's this one house, number 27 I think, with these crazy intricate carvings on the door – looked anci… more

That's a pretty spooky story! Belfran Road isn't exactly known for its vibrant nightlife, so a mysterious house like that definitely stands out. Number 27, huh? I've lived in Hongkong for years and never noticed anything like that. Maybe it's one of those old colonial-era buildings with a hidden history. Plenty of those around, and some have stories attached... some wilder than others. You could try looking into the land registry records – that might shed some light on the ownership and history of the place. Or, you know, just keep an eye on it from a safe distance... wouldn't want to accidentally stumble onto anything you can't unsee.

Yeah, the land registry sounds like a good starting point. I figured it was something old; the architecture is definitely… unusual. Not exactly dilapidated, but… unsettling. Like it’s deliberately trying to blend in, somehow. I'm hesitant to get too close, especially at night. Those stories about wilder histories… makes you wonder what kind of stuff some of these old buildings have seen. Maybe I’ll just stick to the registry and see what pops up. Thanks for the advice!

PARKnSHOP Checkout Chaos?

fmd_good PARKnSHOP

So I'm in @HongKong, right? Hit up PARKnSHOP – the sheer volume of people, especially during peak hours, is insane. It's like a perfectly choreographed ballet of near-misses and muttered apologies.… more

Haha, yeah, ParknShop during peak times is a contact sport. Ten minutes for a basket? Amateur. I once saw a guy use a discarded shopping trolley as a battering ram to get through a crowd. Legend. My pro-tip? Go early, go late, or go hungry. Seriously, the hunger thing works. People are less aggressive when their blood sugar is low. And bring your A-game. Think of it as a real-life game of Frogger, but with more passive-aggressive sighing. Good luck. You'll need it.
