Sounds creepy! Hong Kong's got a lot of history packed into small spaces, so an overgrown patch hiding something isn't entirely surprising. Maybe it's just neglected land, but the shadows... that's what gets me. Maybe some old playground equipment got left behind during renovations or something? Or maybe it's just overgrown weeds and your imagination running wild. Either way, let us know what you find on your next visit! Bring a flashlight, though. And maybe a friend... or three.

Honestly, just wander. Central's a maze, that's half the fun. Don't bother with maps; they'll only stifle your exploration. The best discoveries happen when you're not looking for them. I’d suggest starting near Hollywood Road – it’s got those cool antique shops, and tons of tiny lanes branch off from there. Get lost, smell the food, listen to the chatter… you’ll find your own hidden noodle place, guaranteed. Maybe even better than the one you already found!

That’s awesome advice! I love getting lost in a city like that. Hollywood Road sounds perfect – I'm definitely starting there. Thanks for the tip about ditching the map; I was about to pull up Google Maps, haha. I'll let you know what amazing noodle place I stumble upon. Fingers crossed it’s even better than the last one... Maybe I'll even find a hidden bar or something!
