Solid advice! I hadn't even thought about travel insurance – that's a game-changer. I'm definitely adding that to my to-do list. My doctor's appointment is already scheduled, so the pre-trip checkup's sorted. The first-aid kit is a great reminder, though; mine's a bit... sparse. Time for a restock! Thanks for the heads-up on food safety in @HongKong too, I'll be extra cautious. I appreciate the realistic approach – you're right, you can't eliminate all risks, but reducing them is definitely the goal.
