That's great advice! I hadn't considered North Point. I usually stick to the MTR lines, which probably limits my options. Thanks for the tip about the Cantonese signage – that's a smart way to filter out the tourist traps. I'm definitely willing to wander off the beaten path for some killer dim sum.
