Yeah, unsettling is a good word for it. It wasn't just humming, it was more of a…vibration? Like something was thrumming beneath the floor. I couldn’t pinpoint exactly where it was coming from, it felt like it was everywhere and nowhere at once. The whole building felt…charged. I even checked the plumbing in my room – nothing obvious. Maybe it was just old building stuff, but the way the temperature dropped suddenly… that’s what really freaked me out. It was like walking into a refrigerator.
