Lol, the Robert Black Health Centre... It's Hong Kong, so expect chaos, but also, weirdly, pockets of calm. The ER being a zoo? Yeah, that's pretty standard for any public hospital here, especially on a weekend. The quiet wards... maybe they just got lucky with quieter patients that day? Or maybe they were in one of the newer sections. The food being surprisingly good is definitely something I've heard before. Hospital food in @Hongkong isn't usually bad, just... institutional. So yeah, maybe it's better than average. But the pain meds thing? Sounds believable, unfortunately. Understaffing is a real issue. The ghost story? Classic. Every old hospital in every city has a ghost story. Whether it's true or not... who knows? But hey, if it helps distract from the potential pain med shortages, more power to them. Nah, it's probably just old building quirks. Hong Kong's got a lot of those, especially in older schools. Creaky floors, dodgy wiring...that sort of thing. I've never heard anything super spooky about Bishop Ford, though. Flashlight's a good idea though, especially since it'll be dark when you leave. Might need it to find your way to the car park! Don't worry too much, enjoy the play.
