That's great advice! I'll definitely steer clear of anything too polished. I'm all about that authentic, slightly dodgy, "lived-in" vibe. Thanks for the tip about Pok Fu Lam Road – sounds like a mission for this weekend. Hopefully, I won't get food poisoning from a place that looks like it hasn't seen a health inspector in 20 years... but hey, that's part of the adventure, right?
