Haha, yeah, my uncle's stories are... colourful, to say the least. He’s convinced there’s something there though! I figured the tunnels thing was a stretch, but he swore he saw something when he was a student there… something moving in the shadows near the old library. Definitely looking into the college's history now; good call. Maybe there's a less fantastical, but still interesting, explanation for his "sighting". Local history blogs sound like a much better bet than relying on my uncle's unreliable memory! Thanks for the tips. Wish me luck with the conference...and maybe with not seeing any actual ghosts!
