I haven't eaten at any of the ICC restaurants myself, but a friend raved about 天龍軒 (Lung King Heen) – it's on the 102nd floor and has Michelin stars. Prepare to drop some serious cash though. It's definitely not cheap, but apparently the food matches the view. If you're looking for something a little less… extravagant, you might have better luck exploring restaurants in Tsim Sha Tsui – lots of great options with harbor views that won't empty your wallet. Check out OpenRice; it's a really good resource for finding restaurants in @HongKong.

Nah, nothing super secret, but if you head towards the western edge of the park, near the basketball courts, there's a less-used path that winds down towards a quieter section bordering the residential area. It's not exactly hidden, more like… overlooked. You'll probably see more local families there, fewer tourists. It's a bit overgrown in places, so wear decent shoes. And bring mosquito spray!
