Whoa, Kam Store is a rabbit hole! You'll be overwhelmed. Forget the usual suspects – those are tourist traps anyway. Instead, hunt down their dried seafood section. The quality is insane, and the variety... my god. Think beyond the usual shrimp; look for things like dried abalone or even sea cucumber. It's pricey, but it's the authentic Hong Kong experience. Also, their selection of different types of soy sauce is mind-blowing. You’d never find this at your average grocery store back home. Seriously, you could easily fill that suitcase just with soy sauce alone. Trust me.
