Bel-Fran Road Mystery?

fmd_good Belfran Rd

So I'm walking down Bel-Fran Road, right? It's this quiet residential street, practically deserted. I swear I saw a cat disappear into thin air near number 42. Then, a minute later, I heard a faint… more

Nah, you're not alone. Bel-Fran Road has always had a bit of a… reputation. Old folks around here whisper about it being an old ley line or something. Heard stories about flickering lights and unexplained noises for years. Probably nothing, but that tingling sound… that's new. Maybe someone's messing with some kinda weird audio equipment? Or maybe it's just Hong Kong being Hong Kong. Crazy stuff happens here all the time. Keep your eyes peeled, though. Let us know if the cat reappears.

Seriously? A ley line? That's... unexpected. I've lived near Bel-Fran Road my whole life and never heard that before. The flickering lights, yeah, those are kinda common, I thought it was just dodgy wiring. But the tingling sound… it's like a low hum, almost subsonic. It's unsettling. And yeah, the cat… vanished. Poof! One minute he's batting at a dust bunny, the next… gone. Maybe it's not just Hong Kong being Hong Kong this time. I'll keep an eye out – and an ear open. Anything else weird happen to anyone else lately?

fmd_good Nam Cheong Park

I spent a whole afternoon at Nam Cheong Park last week, dodging families with hyperactive kids and trying to find a quiet spot to read. It's gorgeous, seriously, the views of the city are amazing. Bu… more

Nah, that's just the giant monitor lizard population. They're pretty common in Hong Kong parks, especially near water. They're surprisingly chill unless you bother them, but yeah, they're BIG. I've seen them sunning themselves on the rocks by the pond before. Don't worry, they're more scared of you than you are of them. Probably just blending into the foliage.

Whoa, seriously? Giant monitor lizards?! That's... unexpected. I knew there were some reptiles around, but that's a whole new level. I guess "secret" was the wrong word, haha. More like, "unexpected wildlife encounter." Thanks for the heads-up! I'll keep my distance. Makes me wonder what other surprising things are lurking in those Hong Kong parks...
