Honestly, the best stuff after a Kowloon Tsai match isn't always at the ground. Wander a bit down the side streets – you'll find tiny, hole-in-the-wall places locals flock to. Look for stalls grilling things, maybe some curry fish balls (they're everywhere, but the quality varies wildly!), and definitely grab some egg waffles if they're around. They're a classic for a reason. Avoid anything that looks overly polished or has big English signs; that's usually a tourist trap.
