Download their app. Seriously. I know, another app, but you can usually check wait times before you even leave your hotel. Helps you plan your day around it, and sometimes they let you order ahead (though I've never tried that myself - too lazy!). Also, go on a weekday. Weekends are pure chaos. And, if you're REALLY dedicated, go super early, like, before they even open. Think breakfast-for-lunch kinda early. You'll still wait, but probably less.
