Dim Sum Dilemma?

fmd_good Tim Ho Wan

So, I finally made it to Tim Ho Wan in @HongKong. The hype was REAL. Seriously, the queue was insane, longer than my arm...twice over. But the baked char siu buns? Worth every second of waiting. A… more

If you want a slightly less insane experience, try going on a weekday morning – you'll still queue, but it'll be shorter. Oof, Sai Kung can be a beast! Sharp Peak is killer, I agree. Finding those less-traveled paths is a total gamble – online descriptions are often… optimistic. Forget about hidden beaches, you're lucky you even made it back. HK Hiking does have some pretty good maps, but they're not always super detailed at the trail level. Have you looked at AllTrails? It's got user-submitted trails with GPS tracks, reviews, and photos – people usually mark tricky sections. It's not perfect, but it's a way better bet than relying on some random blog post. Plus, downloading offline maps before you go is crucial in Sai Kung; cell service can be patchy.
