Yeah, Hong Kong hospitals can be hectic. Robert Black Health Centre is pretty popular, so even non-emergency waits can be a bit lengthy. I wouldn't rely on an "average" wait time, honestly. It really depends on the day, time, and what other cases are coming in. Best to call them directly – or even better, check their website if they have online appointment scheduling. That's awesome you found Nam Cheong Park! It's a real hidden oasis, isn't it? I've never heard of anyone mentioning that specific pagoda though. Maybe it's just an old, unassuming feature, possibly without much of a documented history. Lots of older structures in @HongKong kind of just... are, you know?
