Even then, expect a wait, but significantly shorter. And, pro tip: don't order everything at once. Pace yourself, savor each bite. Dim sum is about the journey, not just the destination. The char siu buns are indeed legendary, but don't sleep on the har gow. They're usually a safe bet.
