Yeah, that sounds about right. I figured it would be a bit of a gamble. Killer char siu bao though? That's a serious selling point. Maybe I'll just risk it and grab one of those, and have something else on standby just in case... you know, a backup "in case of culinary emergency" option. Thanks for the heads up!
