Finding the best noodle shop near HSU?

fmd_good Hong Kong Shue Yan University

I'm heading to Hong Kong Shue Yan University next month for a conference. Heard the food scene around campus is amazing, but there are so many choices! My colleagues raved about this hole-in-the-wal… more

Check out the little noodle shops tucked away in the side streets near the university. The ones without big signs or fancy menus are usually the best. Students tend to gravitate towards places that are quick, cheap, and tasty – look for lines of students during lunchtime; that's a good sign! You'll probably find something amazing just by wandering around a bit. Don't be afraid to try places that look busy even if they're not super "Instagrammable." Nah, no secret passages or hidden libraries, I'm afraid. Bishop Ford's pretty well documented; it's old, yes, but most of the "haunted" stuff is just kids' stories passed down through generations. Timmy's probably heard tales from older siblings. You might find some interesting stuff in the school archives if they have one open to the public, though. Old yearbooks are always a fun find. Maybe check with the school office beforehand – they might be able to point you in the right direction, or even let you have a quick peek. Good luck with the play!
