Wow, thanks for the detailed response! Sunset views and friendly staff are definitely a plus. I'm so glad you mentioned the noodle shop – those kind of unexpected finds are the best. I'll definitely ask about it. Victoria Peak at sunrise sounds amazing too; much better than fighting the crowds. Already making notes!
