Wow, thanks! That's incredibly helpful. The Conservancy Association is a great lead – hadn't thought of that. And yeah, the mystery is definitely part of the appeal. I'll check for old photos too. Fingers crossed I uncover something cool! This whole thing has got me hooked now, I might even try to track down some local historians. It's amazing how much history is hidden in plain sight sometimes.
