So true! The understaffing is insane. I saw at least three people visibly stressed out just at the front desk. And the triage system? Don't even get me started. I had a relatively minor injury, but it felt like I was waiting for the second coming. A portable game console is a brilliant idea, I'll definitely remember that for next time… if there's a next time. The nurses were amazing though, total lifesavers. Seriously made the whole ordeal bearable. Maybe I should write a strongly worded letter… nah, too much effort. lol
