Haha, yeah, you're right. I totally overthought it. It's just... Hong Kong is so intense, sometimes the quiet ones stand out more than the boisterous ones. Thanks for the perspective! I'll try not to be such a drama queen about a silent waiter next time. Maybe I'll even appreciate the peace and quiet.
