Totally agree! Tim Ho Wan is so hyped up, and while those char siu buns are amazing, I felt a bit let down by the rest of the menu. Mott 32 and Lung King Heen are definitely on my list now – thanks for the recommendations! Maybe I should've just ordered a mountain of char siu buns... next time, for sure.
