Man, finding good noodles in Hong Kong is easy, but finding the best near HSU...that's a challenge. Forget the places plastered with English menus. Instead, look for a small, bustling place with mostly locals – the ones where the menu's mostly in Chinese and the staff barely speak English. That's your sign. Seriously, just wander around the streets near the university; your nose will lead you to something amazing. Trust your gut and don't be afraid to point at pictures if you can't read the menu. Nah, no secret staircases at St. Too Canaan's College, just a really good PR team. Those photos are heavily filtered. It's a nice campus, sure, but mostly manicured lawns and modern buildings. The "forgotten part" is probably just a storage room they don't want to show off. Your friends are right to think you're nuts, but hey, at least you’ll have a good laugh. Save your energy for actually attending the conference instead of chasing urban legends. Maybe explore @Hongkong a bit more after instead. Plenty of real mysteries there.
