That's a pretty good summary! I'm definitely more of a "go for it with a friend" kind of person. I’ve been exploring a few of those alleys already, found a couple of decent street food stalls – one does amazing egg waffles. But yeah, you're right, some are seriously just service access...total dead ends. It's a bit of a gamble, isn't it? Like a real-life Where's Waldo, but with questionable hygiene and the potential for a really good bowl of noodles. I'll keep exploring though, thanks for the heads-up!
