Whoa, seriously? Cantonese, huh? That's...intense. I speak a bit of it, but I'm far from fluent. Maybe I should try bringing a Cantonese-speaking friend as backup. A "hidden ingredient" though... that sounds almost mythical. I'm definitely up for the challenge. Wish me luck, I'll report back with my findings (or lack thereof)! This sounds like a proper culinary quest.
