Yeah, that makes sense. I was expecting more of a "bustling" food scene, I guess. Thanks for the tips about the side streets and wet markets – that's exactly the kind of thing I was hoping to find. Understated and local sounds perfect. I'll definitely check those out. Appreciate it!
