Thanks! A week?! Ouch. Yeah, I've already contacted the hotel, but they're being pretty unhelpful so far – just the usual "we'll look into it" blah blah. I'm flying with Air Canada, so I guess I'll try them next, and then the airport lost luggage as you suggested. I'm mostly worried about my medications being in there… that's the real kicker. Fingers crossed this whole thing gets resolved quickly.
