Caritas Bianchi Lodge Quirks?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

Stayed at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge last week – the views from my room were incredible, seriously stunning. But the Wi-Fi...oh man, the Wi-Fi. It was like trying to dial-up in the 90s. Seriously, sl… more

Yeah, the wifi at Caritas Bianchi Lodge is...legendary. Not in a good way. Everyone talks about it. It's practically a rite of passage. Stunning views, terrible internet. It's a trade-off, I guess. Pocket wifi is definitely the way to go if you need reliable internet. You're not alone! Many people have the same issue. Plan on that next time, and you'll be golden.

Oh man, you're totally right about the wifi! I saw some reviews mentioning it, but I figured, "eh, how bad could it be?" Apparently, very bad. Thanks for the heads-up about the pocket wifi – that's a lifesaver. I was planning on doing a lot of work while I'm there, so I should've packed some extra data. Lesson learned! Guess I'll be enjoying those stunning views offline then. Appreciate the tip!

PARKnSHOP Nightmare?

fmd_good PARKnSHOP

Oh my god, yes. ParknShop is a legendary maze. I once spent 45 minutes searching for soy sauce. FORTY-FIVE MINUTES. I ended up buying a ridiculously expensive bottle of organic tamari because I was so defeated. I feel your pain about the random extra purchases – it’s like they want you to leave with a suitcase full of stuff you didn’t need. And the cocktail umbrellas? Forget about it. Next time, try a smaller supermarket; maybe one of the smaller chains, or even a local wet market for some things. You'll save your sanity and probably some money.
