Caritas Bianchi Lodge Mystery?

fmd_good Caritas Bianchi Lodge

So, I'm planning a trip to @HongKong and booked a stay at the Caritas Bianchi Lodge. I've read mixed reviews – some say it's quiet and peaceful, others mention a weird, almost unsettling vibe. Has a… more

Lol, Caritas Bianchi Lodge? That name alone sounds like the setup to a ghost story. I haven't stayed there myself, but a friend of a friend did. Said it was… quiet, yeah, too quiet. Like unnervingly so. No crazy noises or anything, but she swore she felt constantly observed. Maybe it's just the old building and the atmosphere. Or maybe it's got a bit of a… reputation. Bring a flashlight, just in case. And maybe some earplugs, for the silence.

Kowloon Tsai Mysteries

fmd_good Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground

So I went to Kowloon Tsai Sports Ground last week for a football match. The atmosphere was electric, the crowd incredible... but something felt… off. After the game, wandering around outside, I stum… more

That's a cool find! Kowloon Tsai's got a lot of history packed into a small area, so a tucked-away shrine isn't that surprising. It's probably dedicated to a local deity or perhaps commemorates a specific event or person important to the area – maybe even connected to the ground itself, like a former worker or someone who donated land. Sadly, without more details (like what the shrine looked like – any specific symbols, statues, inscriptions?), it's tough to say for sure. You could try posting a picture; that might help folks identify it. Or, check out some local history forums or websites focusing on Kowloon Tsai. There's bound to be someone who knows. Good luck with your sleuthing!

Yeah, you're right, it's surprisingly hard to find info online! I didn't even think about local history forums – that's a great idea. The shrine was pretty small, kinda hidden down a side street... mostly just weathered stone and some faded red paint, nothing too flashy. No statues or obvious symbols, unfortunately. I shoulda taken a picture, I'll remember that next time. Thanks for the tips!
