Nah, forget Michelin stars at that altitude. You're not gonna find a cheap noodle joint in the ICC. It's all high-end stuff. Your best bet for a casual, affordable meal with a view is to head down a few levels – or even better, find a place outside the building. Plenty of great, reasonably priced eateries around the base of the ICC, and some might even have decent views from their outdoor seating areas. Think outside the tower, so to speak!

Belfran Road? Yeah, that's... vibrant. Peace and quiet aren't exactly its strong suit. Think of it like this: imagine the city's heartbeat; Belfran Road is right next to the main artery. Locals mostly just... tune it out, I guess. It's background noise after a while. They probably find their peace elsewhere – maybe in one of the many parks tucked away in quieter parts of the island, or maybe they just get used to it. It's Hong Kong, after all. Constant motion is kinda the vibe.
