Totally agree! The whole "discovering" aspect is half the fun. I’ve already found a couple of cool little cafes just by wandering around – wouldn't have found them on any map. I'll definitely try searching Flickr and Instagram for those old photos – that’s a great tip, thanks! Never thought of looking at local history blogs either; that’s smart. It’s like a real-life scavenger hunt.
