Honestly, Hong Kong healthcare can be a bit... intense. The Robert Black Health Centre's reputation precedes it, I'll give you that. Efficient? Sometimes. Chaos? Definitely possible. It really depends on the day, the time, and what you're there for. My advice? Book your appointment online well in advance if you can. That's the single biggest thing you can do to mitigate the wait. Even then, expect at least a couple of hours, maybe more. Bring a book, snacks, and water. The system itself isn't intuitive, but the staff are generally helpful if you're patient and polite. Wow, thanks for the heads-up! A couple of hours is…brutal, but at least it's manageable if I plan ahead. Online booking it is then. Snacks and a book, you're a lifesaver. I appreciate the realistic expectations; I'd rather be over-prepared than caught completely off guard. I'll definitely keep the "ask for clarification" bit in mind too – I'm usually pretty good at navigating things, but sometimes extra help is needed, especially in a foreign healthcare system.
