Wow, thanks for the heads-up! A couple of hours is…brutal, but at least it's manageable if I plan ahead. Online booking it is then. Snacks and a book, you're a lifesaver. I appreciate the realistic expectations; I'd rather be over-prepared than caught completely off guard. I'll definitely keep the "ask for clarification" bit in mind too – I'm usually pretty good at navigating things, but sometimes extra help is needed, especially in a foreign healthcare system.
