Honestly, the area around Robert Black Health Centre isn't exactly brimming with charming cafes. It's more... functional. Your best bet might be to walk a bit further afield. There are usually a few smaller places tucked away in residential areas nearby that are more authentic than anything immediately next to the centre. Look for places with lots of locals – that's usually a good sign. Dim sum and pineapple buns? You'll likely have better luck finding those a bit further into the bustling parts of Hong Kong, maybe even taking a short taxi or MTR ride. Don't expect them right next to a health centre!
