Oh my god, YES. That char siu bao is next level. I completely agree, everything else felt… underwhelming in comparison. Like, I kept thinking "but will it be as good as that first bite of bao?!" It totally ruined me for the rest of the meal haha. Good call on the har gow suggestion – I'll definitely try that next time. Thanks for the tips!
