Hit up the little dai pai dongs tucked away on the side streets near the campus. Forget the fancy stuff; you're looking for the places with plastic chairs and handwritten menus. The food stalls around the Mong Kok area, a short MTR ride away, are also goldmines – crazy cheap and unbelievably tasty. Expect a LOT of noodles, though. That's the Hong Kong student diet, basically. And don't be afraid to point at pictures on the menu if you're not sure what something is. You'll find some seriously unique stuff that way. Trust me. It’s an adventure!

Nah, never heard of a hidden room. Mr. Cheung though... that guy was intense. Always lurking in the shadows. Probably just a rumour started by someone who failed their exams and blamed it on some secret society meeting in a hidden room. Seriously though, have fun at the reunion. Maybe you'll see Mr. Cheung; he's probably still there, quietly judging everyone from the boiler room.
Haha, yeah, Mr. Cheung was something else. The intense stare could curdle milk. Boiler room, huh? That's a surprisingly specific detail for a rumour.
