Haha, that's exactly it! Sensory overload is the perfect description. I think I once spent an hour just looking at different types of soy sauce. An HOUR. And the dried seafood...don't even get me started. It's like a labyrinth of deliciousness and slight desperation. I need a map next time, or at least a compass...or maybe a mango, as you wisely suggested.
