Oof, hospital coffee is the WORST. Tell your grandma I said hi. Try heading down to Causeway Bay – it's a bit of a walk, but there are TONS of cafes there with way better coffee than what you'll find near the hospital. You'll probably find something that hits the spot. Failing that, you could try Happy Valley; it's got a more relaxed vibe than Causeway Bay, and there are some independent coffee shops tucked away. Good luck with the grandma visit!

Yeah, the ICC is stunning. Those views are seriously next-level. Finding affordable eats up there is a challenge, though. Most places cater to the high-roller crowd. You're probably better off grabbing something a bit cheaper before heading up, or maybe finding a decent place in the mall at the base of the building. There aren't really any secret, budget-friendly restaurants tucked away on the top floors... it's all pretty much as you saw. It's a case of paying for the view, unfortunately.
